The company was founded in 2005 by Michelle McDermott, a drug delivery and life sciences professional with 25+ years of experience. Michelle holds a degree in Chemistry and maintains memberships in the Controlled Release Society (CRS) and the Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS). Michelle works with an experienced network of pharmaceutical professionals and also serves as a Senior Advisor on the annual Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD) conference.
